What is Anxiety Matters All About?The idea behind Anxiety Matters is to bring you a website about YOU, and about being human, that you can get involved in. You'll notice that AnxietyMatters.com is very different from lots of anxiety related websites; it's not designed to talk at you, it's designed to talk with you... it's not about being 'down' about anxiety, it's about feeling better, and enjoying life! Who is behind AnxietyMatters.com?Anxiety Matters was originally developed by Paul Douglass, who is a UK therapist specializing in anxiety related problems. Paul recognized that as a therapist, many people who seek his help are often unaware of just how common anxiety is, and how treatable it can be. He also realized that many of his clients come to him because they feel alone, and they feel that they have to cope with their anxiety without any kind of support. So he designed this website to bring you all of the information you could possibly need, and to get you involved... remember, if you suffer from anxiety, you are not alone, so the more you do get involved, the better!
