Anxiety Matters Affiliate Programme Terms and Conditions

By signing up to our Affiliates Programme, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Commission payments will be made via PayPal transfer.

Receiving commission payments via PayPal will require a valid PayPal account which is able to accept payments

You can access product images and other resources on our affiliate resources page. Any/all use of such resources constitutes agreement to the terms and conditions setout herein

Commision tracking requires buyers to have their browsers set to be able to accept cookies. The cookies that track buyers through our site expire after six months. Every product that the buyer purchases during the lifetime of that cookie will earn affiliate commission

Affiliate payments are calculated for each calendar month

Commission payments will usually be made around 3 to 4 weeks after month end

Commision payments are made on sales made as a result of referrals from your website, blog, or other media, using your unique 'Hop Link'

We will place a cookie in the referred browser to track purchases made during the life of the cookie. The cookie will usually be set to expire six months after it has been set

In order for commission tracking to take place, the purchaser's browser must be:

• Able to accept cookies
  
• Set to accept cookies
  

We reserve the right to withhold commission payments if we believe there is fraudulent activity on the account

Affiliates will not be paid commission on purchases that they make themselves

We reserve the right to block the usage of, or delete entirely an affiliate account. Where an email address has been used to open an affiliate account that is subsequently deleted, that email address cannot be used again to open / re-open an affiliate account.

You may not promote our goods and/or services on any entity (e.g. website, blog or other entity) which:

• Infringes any trademark, copyright or any/all Intellectial Property rights of The LifeShaping Process, Avon Therapy Services, or any other third party
  
• Contains material of a sexually explicit nature
  
• Contains violent, hateful, or offensive content
  
• Violates any laws, or promotes illegal activity
  
• Discriminates, or promotes discrimination on the grounds of sex, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity, race, disability or nationality
  
• Uses Spam, spyware, adware, or any other marketing style which may be considered 'intrusive'
  
• Does not clearly indicate (e.g. in a Privacy Policy) the nature of the affiliate process (including disclosure that a referral may / will include the use of cookies)
  
• Engage in any activity which we (at our discretion) consider inappropriate
  

We reserve the right to amend our terms and conditions at any time

We reserve the right to suspend, modify and/or end the Affiliates Programme at any time.
