Anxiety / Panic Attacks Community AreaAnxiety / Panic Attacks Community Index "I have panic attacks in my own home. I get the feeling of strange smells that seems to be sufacating me. I feel very over come. I feel like I am going to lose my mind. I feel like I am going to faint or go crazy in public. My chest burns my head gets very heavy. I don't go any where. I worry about where I have to go months from now. I must make a move to a new home and I am so afraid I won't be able to get out of this house and to the other. I feel tired always. Noises bothers me. Company bothers me. I have had this for 19 years when my son almost died from a health problem. I am always afriad something bad is going to happen. Sometimes I can get it under controll for awhile. Then without warning I am stuck in my room in my home. I use to be a very hard worker and loved to be around people but I try and I can't. I can think of a million things that is wrong with me. Panic runs a lot in my family. And it is the worse thing I have ever had to deal with. But God gets me threw day by day. Today I found I am going to be a grandma and that won't be for months but I am already afraid of what is going to happen when she has to go to the hospital and if I will be able to be there with her."
