"I have been married for 15 years and my marriage has been a roller coaster. After having several affairs thru my marriage, I began to think that I should not be married, that perhaps I should just leave.
The first time I left I felt as if I could breath!! I felt free and was having a great time. Then all of the suddenly, I began to feel a deep emptiness and realized that I Loved my wife. Without hesitation I decided to start visiting her again and next thing I knew I was back.
This has happened 3 times in my marriage and I’m in the process of going back with my wife. Just today, I discovered that I have the ‘Yo-Yo-Ing’ effect commitment phobia and when I read the symptoms I was astonished; I was being described.
I actually feel good that I’m not alone with this problem, and I can’t wait to find help so that I can have a healthy marriage."
