Submit an Article - Editorial Guidelines

Your Article Must Be

  • Relevant to a subject that might be of interest to at least one of the following:
    • a person with anxiety or a symptoms of anxiety
    • the friend or spouse of a person with an anxiety, or a symptom of anxiety
    • someone researching anxiety, anxiety symptoms or treatment
    • a healthcare professional helping those with anxiety

  • Attempt to mislead in any way
  • Contain any racial references
  • Contain an sexist references
